Advanced Practice Provider: Plastic Surgery

Position Highlights:

UW Health Northern Illinois seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our plastic surgery team in Rockford, Illinois. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality treatment and that embodies our mission: “Through excellence in healthcare and compassionate service, we care for our community.”

Your practice will include all aspects of plastic surgery with an emphasis on reconstructive breast surgery at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. This position is part of a busy, community-based practice that works in collaboration with surgical and oncologic sub-specialists affiliated with a major academic medical center.

Your clinical support includes the following:

• Full-time position providing care in the outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding
• Assist in surgical procedures
• Have the opportunity to work with Plastic and Breast surgeons

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
• Active PA license in State of IL and Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
