We are seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst –Cadence/Referrals/ADT (Grand Central) to have:
- The ability to create an EMR workflow in order to make work more efficient for hospital staff
- The skill to develop a process that reduces screen time and increases face time between providers and patients
- The curiosity to ask questions and to ensure the answers are correct

- An impressive EMR that functions throughout the organization
- Opportunities to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s EMR to impact patient care
Education:
Minimum – Bachelor’s degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of)
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Health care, Information Technology, Business, or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – Three (3) years relevant experience
Preferred – 5-7 years relevant experience in a Health care setting
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred – Clinical applications certification or equivalent
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Light: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.

Work Schedule:
This position is 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
