UW Health in northern Illinois seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our busy otolaryngology team at our UW Health N Alpine Rd Clinic in Rockford, Ill. We are looking for a dedicated candidate to provide our patients with high-quality care in a team-centered environment. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with our ENT physician, focusing on outpatient care, patient consultations and follow-ups — no surgical responsibilities involved.

Your clinical support includes the following:
- Collaborating closely with our experienced ENT physician
- No operating room responsibilities; focus solely on outpatient care
- Full-service audiology support on-site, including hearing aid services and balance testing
As a UW Health in northern Illinois Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our team of more than 120 APPs who enjoy the following support:
- Transformation nursing leadership with Magnet recognition, shared governance and professional practice models and a full practice authority committee
- Professional Nurse Internship and Ambulatory Nurse Residency programs
- Robust onboarding program that supports transition to practice for NPs and PAs

- Competitive salary range (based on experience):
- $115,716 to $125,228

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
- Active APRN or PA license from the State of Illinois and an active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
