Employee Wellbeing is a foundation to UW Health’s success. We support healthy lifestyles through our four dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional wellbeing, financial wellbeing, physical wellbeing and well-being in the workday.

Our Employee Wellbeing program offers and promotes activities, education and resources to all UW Health staff and supports them in changing behaviors and making healthier choices.

Recognition programs

Many areas regularly recognize high-achieving employees through a variety of award programs.

Remote/flexible work options  Non-clinical positions traditionally performed in an office setting may have options for remote or hybrid working arrangements, depending on the job and location.
