UW Health in Northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Palliative Care physician to join the more than 280 providers in Rockford, Illinois.

This position would be a combination of inpatient and outpatient work.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO; BC or BE in Palliative Care
  • Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire

    • $244,213-$258,495
