UW Health Northern Illinois seeks an Advance Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join the Palliative Care team at UW Health Northern Illinois Hospital in Rockford, Ill. Our philosophy is to provide compassionate, supportive, comprehensive care for our community.
Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider needed to expand busy clinic-based program with a BC palliative care physician. Experience and certification in palliative care preferred but will consider training select candidates. Award-winning UW Health Northern Illinois Hospital is a 330-bed, top-10 hospital serving 12 counties in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA program or completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program.
- Active APRN/PA license in the State of Illinois and Active DEA license or ability to apply for such a license prior to or upon hire.
