UW Health in northern Illinois seeks an APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our pediatric team in Rockford, Ill. We are looking for a dedicated candidate who is passionate about working with pediatric patients and embodies our mission:

Your clinical support includes the following:
- The region’s largest and most-preferred health system and medical group, comprised of over 280 providers

Qualifications
- Degree from accredited APRN or PA program
- Active license in the State of Illinois and an active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
