UW Hospitals and Clinics offers four- to 12-week clinical rotations for students in graduate physical therapy programs. These programs have affiliation agreements with the hospital and assist the students in placement into appropriate clinical settings.
Each setting provides the intern with experience in patient care specific to the particular patient population, which may be inpatient or outpatient and can include acute, medical/surgical, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, spine and sports.
