Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner*
Practice alongside other neonatal nurse practitioners and NICU hospitalists to provide services at our two recently expanded locations: UnityPoint Health-Meriter, a 42-bed Level III NICU, and American Family Children’s Hospital, a 26-bed Level IV NICU.
NP/PA – Inpatient/Outpatient Thoracic Surgery*
Provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients with primarily acute thoracic illnesses, specifically disorders of the lung, esophagus and mediastinum (non-cardiac).
Radiologic Technologist – MRI – Float*
Perform technical imaging examinations and complex and specialized procedures utilizing a wide variety of imaging equipment and systems. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE) and relocation assistance.
Radiologic Technologist – Interventional*
Help perform a variety of complex specialized tasks operating fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and ultrasonography equipment during vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE) and relocation assistance.
RN – Home-Based Hospital Care*
Provide hands-on acute care in the home setting for the Home-Based Hospital Care patient population requiring the use of advanced assessment, technical, teaching, and decision-making skills. Other skills utilized may include: IV administration, lab draws, medication administrations, wound care, utilization of remote patient monitoring and video visit communication with the patient/family.
RN – Pediatric PACU*
Be responsible for independent peri-anesthetic management of complex varied surgical and procedural inpatient/outpatient pediatric populations.
RN – Pulmonary and Medical Intermediate Care*
Nurses on this 29-bed unit are skilled in providing comprehensive and specialized nursing care to the acutely ill adult patient who may present with multiple comorbidities, a variety of medical diagnoses, and hemodynamic instability.
RN and RN Care Navigator – UW Health Care Direct
Join UW Health Care Direct’s cutting-edge program. They are building a new team and are seeking registered nurses to join the Home-Based Hospital Care Program.
Nurses and care navigators are an integral part of the interdisciplinary care team. They provide hands-on care to acute patients in the comfort of their own home.
