Nursing
RN – Cardiovascular / Heart Robotics Operating Room Scrub
Demonstrates critical thinking skills and exercises nursing judgment in evaluating patient care situations. This position may be eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
RN – Critical Care Float*
Float across multiple departments and specialties caring for highly complex, critically ill patient populations in a variety of intensive care units (ICUs) such as the Trauma Life Center, Burn ICU, Neurosciences ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU, and float to intermediate care (IMC) units as needed.
RN – Case Manager
Independently coordinate and manage home health patients’ care by performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate documentation to support safe, effective, patient-centered outcomes.
RN – NICU*
Provide care for critically ill newborns, infants and their families across the continuum of care, from admission to discharge.
RN – Operating Room*
Work with a multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the Operating Room in a timely manner.
RN – Ortho
The Ortho Trauma unit cares for post‑operative orthopedic patients in a supportive, team‑driven environment that helps nurses build strong clinical skills.
Clinical
Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist
Assist with the performance of a variety of invasive cardiac/peripheral vascular procedures, including operating and monitoring hemodynamic equipment. This position may be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
CT Scan Technologist
Provides radiologic imaging, computed tomography imaging and patient care services at defined levels to patients. This position may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant*
Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under the medical direction provided by the UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists. You may be eligible for a $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist*
Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under the medical direction provided by the UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists. You may be eligible for a $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist / Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant – Pediatrics*
Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under the medical direction provided by the UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists. Patient population will include about 50% pediatric patients and 50% adult patients. You may be eligible for a $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist – Float*
Perform imaging on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups using a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, detectors, and plate readers. You may be eligible for up to a $16,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
Medical Assistant – Transplant
Become a member of one of the world’s foremost organ transplant programs. UW Health provides care to patients in our heart, lung, kidney, liver, pancreas, intestine, islet cell and pediatric transplant programs.
Medical Laboratory Technician – Core Lab*
Perform moderately complex diagnostic tests and limited high complexity testing. This position may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
NP/PA – Emergency Medicine*
The Emergency Departments have a combined annual volume of over 114,000 visits/year. Working alongside our faculty and residents, you play an integral role in the delivery of patient care.
NP/PA – Neurosurgery – Pediatrics*
Provide care to pediatric clinical and research neurosurgery patients at the American Family Children’s Hospital.
Radiation Therapist
As directed by a radiation oncologist, administer ionizing radiation to patients in accordance with prescription.
Respiratory Therapist* / Respiratory Therapist Resident / Assistant
Provide treatment and diagnostic respiratory services to patients. You may be eligible for up to a $5,000/$10,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE – Wisconsin roles).
Surgical Technologist*
Work in our fast-paced environment to prepare the Operating Room prior to surgery. You may be eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for day shift or $15,000 sign-on bonus for evening/night/weekend shift (pro-rated based on FTE).

Child Life Specialist
Provide age-appropriate information and administer appropriate child life therapies in conjunction with the patient’s age, medical condition, and family/significant others.
Maintenance Mechanic*
Perform preventative maintenance, routine inspections and minor repair work at UW Health facilities.
