The curriculum is based on the Physical Therapy Description of Residency Practice- Pediatrics. Residents have the opportunity to benefit from a wealth of available clinical resources and will work closely with an excellent staff of medical practitioners, participate in teaching opportunities within the clinical setting and with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Physical Therapy program.

Outstanding library facilities in-house and on the University of Wisconsin campus allow for independent study. 

Accreditation

The UW Health Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency is seeking to obtain accreditation by the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE). The program hopes to successfully receive accreditation prior to the first resident graduating from the program.
