Program Summary
The combined Master’s degree and residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at UW Health is designed to provide the resident with a solid background in academics and the administration of exemplary pharmacy services across an integrated health system.
The primary objective of the program is to develop health-system pharmacy administrators and leaders who are trained and prepared to immediately assume manager-level or higher administrative positions within a large health system. The program allows residents to build the foundation necessary to become a Director of Pharmacy or Chief Pharmacy Officer in a leading health care organization.
Residents’ activities are varied in scope, depending on each individual’s background and areas of interest.
