Pharmacy Residents receive a stipend of $47,500 per year. Additionally, each year residents receive the following benefits:
- 10 days of paid time off
- Eight paid legal holidays (at a minimum each resident is required to staff one major and one minor)
- 80 hours per year of personal leave
- Funding for professional meetings
Residents are not required to use vacation time to attend meetings. As employees of UW Hospitals and Clinics, residents receive full health, vision and dental insurance benefits and full access to the University of Wisconsin’s recreational, educational and cultural facilities.
