Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship

The UW Health Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship is an intensive 12-month program for licensed Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to develop their competency in specialty care. Our faculty and providers are passionate about developing the next generation of Advanced Practice Providers.

The program consists of an integrated clinical and didactic approach to neurology. APP fellows work and learn in a team-based environment, with close mentoring and supervision from attending physicians and advanced practice providers. Upon completion of the program, our fellows will have the skills to care for a diverse patient population with a wide range of complex disorders.

Mission

Our mission is to foster the growth and development of Advance Practice Providers (APP) to become highly proficient, critically thinking, providers of specialty care with well-developed professionalism through an intensive didactic and clinical program led by advanced practice providers and physicians.
